Can I use a Working Holiday Visa?

No. A Working Holiday Visa cannot be accepted. You must be able to apply for a European Union Passport or UK Passport.

What type of Passport do I need for the EU?

If based in the EU, you require a valid European Union Passport and you must have the unrestricted right to live and work in any European Union member country.

What type of Passport do I need for the UK?

In order to apply to the UK Vacancy, you must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK at the time of application. You will require a UK Passport or you must have settled status in the UK. If you do not have the right to live and work in the UK, your application will be withdrawn from the recruitment process.

What age do I have to be?

You must be 18 years of age or over.

What height do I have to be?

Between approximately 1.57m (5’2) and 1.88m (6’2) in height.

Interview Process

You can submit an Application on the “Apply Now” section to either our Online Recruitment Process or to attend one of our Recruitment Days. If you choose the online process you will be invited to attend an Online Interview with one of our experienced Recruiters. If you decide to attend a Recruitment Day you will be assessed through a face to face interview on the day.

If I successfully pass my Training Course, where will I be based?

You must be flexible to relocate as you could operate from any European Base within Ryanair Holdings PLC subject to operational requirements.

How many bases are there?

Currently Ryanair has 95 Bases.

What are the normal working hours?

As Cabin Crew you will operate a shift pattern incorporating early, middle and late shifts.

Will I be paid while I am Training?

You will receive a Per Diem for each day of Training completed.

Where will my Training Course take place?

You will be advised of the next available Training Course Date and Location when your Application has been processed and approved.

What does the role of Cabin Crew involve?

Operating as Cabin Crew you are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all passengers on board and carrying out all duties in line with company policies and procedures. You must be highly motivated with a friendly and outgoing personality and take pride in providing the highest level of customer service. The role involves teamwork and a positive “can do” attitude.
